Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact product shown in the picture. All our images are of the original items to ensure what you see is what you get.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipts from the 'Orders' section in your account dashboard or email inbox after every purchase.

How can I return an item?

If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window of 48 hours. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.

Please note that products are not eligible for a return if the customer has a change of mind.
